At BAROQUE, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all BAROQUE tags still attached before sealing them in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
